Applicant's Information

Cancellation Policy  
Applicants must write in email to cancel their booking.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable. In the event that an applicant is unable to attend, the package is transferrable.

PDPA
By interacting with, submitting information to or signing up for any organized activity offered by City Harvest Church (“CHC”), I/we agree and consent to the use, processing, collection and retention of my/our personal information by CHC, its staff or appointed committee for the purposes of the church retreat activities of CHC as shall be deemed necessary or desirable.

Liability 
By submitting this registration form, I/ we agree that all the names listed on this form are physically fit and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner. I/We will not hold the Church and the Retreat Committee liable for any accidents or mishaps that may arise from or during the retreat. I/We will abide and comply with all rules laid down by the Retreat Committee.

Remarks:
Ferry & Coach Departure Information
- All passengers, including Infants are required to have ferry ticket to onboard on ferry. 
- The ferry ticket rate is excluded prevailing temporary fuel surcharge (TSF) of SGD 11 per participant (subject to change) and it will be collected at the ticket counter on the day.
- The ferry ticket rate is included 2-way coach transfer on 15 May 2027 (Saturday) and 17 May 2027 (Monday) is included (Batam Ferry Terminal-Hotel- Batam Ferry Terminal).
- The final ferry & coach departure time will be announced according to the camp schedule after registration has closed. 
*If you have made your own travel arrangements, please arrange your own transportation from/to the Batam ferry terminal.

Booking Instructions

General Information

    • All room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration. 
    • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the room(s). (Single: 1 pax; Twin: 2 pax; Triple: 3 pax).
    • Room sharing is strictly for family members, married couples, and individuals of the same gender. 
    • The Young Adults committee reserves the right to modify any room sharing arrangements that do not comply with this requirement.
    • Partial room payment is not allowed. 
    • For rooming enquiries, please email ya@chc.org.sg.
    • Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the Booking person’s email address provided. 
    • Room IC will be the person-in-charge for room key collection on the day of check-in.
    • The booking person (Booking IC) will be the point of contact for all correspondence related to this booking.
    • Please ensure you have the following information before you begin your booking process. FULL NAME (as per passport), DATE OF BIRTH, PASSPORT NUMBER and PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE.
    • All passports must have a minimum validity of 7 months from the travelling date. Applicants shall be responsible for any visa application if required.
    • Please ensure that you key in Name as per passport. (Example- LAST NAME: Tan, FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming) 
    • Guest Room/King Bed = 1 King-sized Bed. Guest Room/Twin Bed = 2 Single Beds.
